Is the property of NOIRR. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from this site without permission.
Use of this site is for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. Terms of Sale
When you place an order on noirr.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We encourage you to read them carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Entering Into a Contract
Your order is an offer to purchase.
A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation by email.
NOIRR reserves the right to decline orders without explanation,
for example if payment details are incorrect or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
-iDEAL
-Klarna
-Apple
-PayCredit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
-PayPalCrypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum and selected others)

Payment must be completed at checkout.

6. Prices, Taxes and Duties
Prices are displayed in Euros (€).
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Taxes (VAT) are included in the price for EU orders.

7. Shipping
We ship worldwide.

- Europe:
2–5 business days via DHL Express Economy

- United States & Canada:
7–12 business days via UPS

Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Shipping rates:
- Europe: €7.95
- Worldwide: €24.95

Free shipping on orders over €250.

You will receive a tracking link when your order ships.

8. Returns and Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
Returns are complimentary.

To return an item:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
Complete the return form included with your shipment.Use the pre-paid return label provided.

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after receipt and approval at our warehouse.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To change an item, please return it and place a new order.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly.We will assist where possible.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands and applicable EU regulations.
If a dispute arises, we will first seek to resolve it amicably through direct negotiation.
If necessary, disputes can be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
